In this run through we will engrave a *.jpg file on wood. We will use FreeCad as software to create valid Gcode (the path information a cnc router needs). We will feed that information to UGS which will feed this information to our CNC. The CNC used in this example is a ProVer3018.
The first step is to launch Freecad.
We will start with creatig a pad. This will be our surface we create content on. We will do that in the "Sketcher" work bench.
